Oxylipins pathways (WP5140)
Mus musculus
This pathway shows different oxylipins (such as eicosanoids and docosanoids) which are derived from arachidonic acid (AA), dihomo-γ-linolenic acid (DGLA), linoleic acid (LA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), alpha-linoleic acid (ALA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
